Description
|
ATTO-labelled secondary antibodies belong to the new generation of fluorescent antibodies characterized by their exceptional fluorescence intensity and superior photostability. Donkey Anti-Guinea Pig ATTO594 (H+L) is an antigen-specific antibody. Affinity purification essentially removed all goat serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to guinea pig IgG.
Donkey Anti-Guinea Pig is conjugated to ATTO594 (λex 501nm | λem 523nm) and finally purified by SEC. The antibody is suitable for a wide range of applications, including live cell techniques, as it is free from preservatives and protein additives such as BSA.
Anti-Guinea Pig IgG ATTO594 is suited for high resolution microscopy, due to the high photostability and strong fluorescence quantum yield.
Donkey Anti-Guinea Pig ATTO594 (H+L) is supplied in unit sizes of 1.0 mg as a lyophilized powder, shipped at room temperature. For convenient reconstitution, a glycerol buffer is provided. This enables re-freezing of the antibody at -20°C after use to maintain quality and allows for the preparation of aliquots, which can also be stored at -20°C for sequential use.
