Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) is an unconjugated secondary antibody that binds mouse primary antibodies by recognizing both heavy and light chains (H+L). It is commonly used for immunohistochemistry and a broad range of immunoassay formats where reliable detection of mouse IgG is required.
The antibody is supplied affinity purified to reduce non-specific rabbit serum proteins and to support low-background staining. The carrier-free, unconjugated format is well suited for user-directed labeling (e.g., fluorochromes, enzymes, biotin), enabling customization for multiplex detection panels and assay-specific signal development.
In addition to use as a secondary detection reagent, Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) can be employed as a capture antibody in enzyme immunoassays or in other analytical platforms requiring purified immunoglobulins with minimal additives.
