ATP Actin Buffer is a G-actin buffer, used to dialyse larger quantities (250-1000ml) of G-actin or G-actin ligands. Actin from Hypermol is supplied in this buffer and can be reconstituted simply by the addition of H₂O. To further dilute G-actin, either MonoMix or ATP-Actin Buffer should be used.
ATP-Actin Buffer has to suplemented with ATP and DTT. Both reagent are included as powders and simply have to to be added freshly before use. MonoMix is our ready-to-use powder, very suitable for small volumes (100-200 ml), for dialysis or to dilute samples.

Storage instructions

ATP Actin Buffer  is stored at –20°C upon arrival and will be stable in performance for at least 6 months from the date of purchase. Once ATP Actin Buffer is cmpleted with ATP and DTT, it  is kept on ice and should be used within 1 week. Avoid refreezing.
