Protein description |
Actin from rabbit skeletal muscle is a single chain polypeptide with a molecular weight of 42kD consisting of 375 amino acids. ATTO565-Actin is chemically modified G-actin with an ATTO565 fluorescent group covalently bound to lysine residues. ATTO565-Actin (λex 563nm, λem 592nm) possesses the polymerization properties of native G-actin. |
