Protein description
|
Actin from rabbit skeletal muscle is a single chain polypeptide with a molecular weight of 42kD consisting of 375 amino acids. ATTO594-Actin is chemically modified G-actin with an ATTO594 fluorescent group covalently bound to lysine residues.
ATTO594-Actin (λex 601nm, λem 627nm) possesses the polymerization properties of native G-actin.
