| Description |
ATTO-labeled secondary antibodies combine high fluorescence intensity with excellent photostability for reliable fluorescence-based detection. Donkey Anti-Goat IgG (H+L) ATTO390 specifically detects goat primary antibodies and is suitable for widefield and confocal fluorescence microscopy as well as other fluorescence-based immunodetection applications. ATTO390 has an absorption maximum at 390 nm and a fluorescence maximum at 476 nm. Its large Stokes shift of 86 nm provides clear spectral separation between excitation and emission and can support spectral discrimination in multicolor experiments when appropriate excitation sources and filter sets are used. Donkey Anti-Goat IgG (H+L) ATTO390 is antigen-specific; affinity purification removes essentially all donkey serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to goat IgG. The antibody is conjugated to ATTO390 and further purified by gel filtration to remove unbound dye. It is supplied without preservatives. |
