Description
Product name
Donkey Anti-Goat IgG (H+L) ATTO700 | DXG ATTO700
Target species
Goat
Description
ATTO-labeled secondary antibodies combine high fluorescence intensity with strong photostability and reliable performance in fluorescence-based immunodetection. Donkey Anti-Goat IgG (H+L) ATTO700 specifically detects goat primary antibodies and is suitable for widefield and confocal fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, near-infrared fluorescence detection and high-sensitivity imaging, including single-molecule applications.
ATTO700 has an absorption maximum at 700 nm and a fluorescence maximum at 716 nm, producing near-infrared fluorescence. The conjugate is best matched to excitation sources in the red to near-infrared range, particularly laser lines near 690–700 nm. Its long-wavelength emission can reduce interference from cellular autofluorescence and is advantageous for multiplex experiments requiring a spectrally separated near-infrared detection channel. Strong absorption, high photostability and low triplet-state formation support sensitive detection and prolonged fluorescence acquisition.
Donkey Anti-Goat IgG (H+L) ATTO700 is antigen-specific; affinity purification removes essentially all donkey serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to goat IgG. Following conjugation to ATTO700, the antibody is further purified by gel filtration to remove unbound dye and support low-background, reproducible fluorescence staining. The product is supplied without preservatives.

Purification notes
Affinity purification removed donkey serum proteins and immunoglobulins not specifically binding to goat IgG. Following conjugation to ATTO700, the antibody was further purified by gel filtration to remove unconjugated dye and low-molecular-weight reaction components.
Hypermol® secondary antibodies are highly specific and purified to remove unbound dye, minimizing background signal.
Storage instructions
Store as glycerol stock at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Shipping conditions
Shipped at ambient temperature.
