| Description |
ATTO-labeled secondary antibodies are a new generation of fluorescent reagents characterized by high fluorescence intensity and strong photostability. Donkey Anti-Guinea Pig IgG (H+L) ATTO488 is antigen-specific; affinity purification effectively removes donkey serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to guinea pig IgG.
The antibody is conjugated to ATTO488 (λex 501 nm | λem 523 nm) and subsequently purified by size-exclusion chromatography (SEC).
Anti-Guinea Pig IgG ATTO488 is particularly suited for high-resolution microscopy due to its high photostability and strong fluorescence quantum yield.
This reagent is free of preservatives and protein additives (such as BSA), supporting sensitive fluorescence applications including live-cell techniques. It is supplied as a lyophilized powder (1.0 mg) and shipped at room temperature; a glycerol buffer is provided for convenient reconstitution and subsequent storage at -20°C (including aliquoting for repeated use).
