Donkey Anti-Guinea Pig IgG ATTO490LS (H+L) has an extraordinary long Stokes shift of 16nm and is optimized for high-resolution microscopy, offering robust signals for dynamic and complex imaging scenarios. ATTO490LS exhibits a distinct excitation/emission spectrum (λex: 496 nm, λem: 661 nm), offering excellent spectral separation and compatibility with multiplex imaging setups. Its strong fluorescence signal and low background enable precise detection of low-abundance targets and reliable resolution in thick tissue samples and live-cell imaging. This antibody is preservative-free, ensuring compatibility with sensitive applications. Its low non-specific binding and high specificity allow accurate target detection, making it ideal for advanced techniques such as fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS), super-resolution microscopy, and other fluorescence-based assays. |
