ATTO-labeled secondary antibodies are a new generation of fluorescent reagents characterized by high fluorescence intensity, strong photostability, and reliable performance across fluorescence applications. Donkey Anti-Guinea Pig IgG ATTO490LS (H+L) is optimized for demanding imaging workflows and enables robust signal detection in dynamic and complex samples. ATTO490LS provides an excitation/emission profile of λex 496 nm and λem 661 nm, offering strong spectral separation for multiplex imaging. The far-red emission supports low background and improves detection of low-abundance targets in thick tissue specimens and in live-cell imaging contexts. This antibody is preservative-free for compatibility with sensitive assays. Low non-specific binding and high specificity support accurate target detection in advanced fluorescence-based techniques, including super-resolution microscopy, fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS), and related quantitative imaging assays. |
