ATTO-labeled secondary antibodies combine high fluorescence intensity with strong photostability and reliable performance in fluorescence-based immunodetection. Donkey Anti-Guinea Pig IgG (H+L) ATTO532 specifically detects guinea pig primary antibodies and is suitable for widefield, confocal and TIRF microscopy, flow cytometry, single-molecule detection and super-resolution imaging, including PALM, dSTORM, SIM and STED.
ATTO532 has an absorption maximum at 532 nm and a fluorescence maximum at 552 nm. The conjugate is efficiently excited within the 515–545 nm spectral range and is optimally matched to the 532 nm laser line. Its high fluorescence output and strong photostability support sensitive detection, repeated scanning and prolonged image acquisition in conventional, single-molecule and super-resolution fluorescence microscopy.
Donkey Anti-Guinea Pig IgG (H+L) ATTO532 is antigen-specific; affinity purification removes essentially all donkey serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to guinea pig IgG. Following conjugation to ATTO532, the antibody is further purified by size-exclusion chromatography to remove unbound dye and low-molecular-weight reaction components. The conjugate is supplied without preservatives or protein additives such as BSA.
