| Description |
ATTO-labeled secondary antibodies represent a new generation of fluorescent reagents characterized by high fluorescence intensity and superior photostability. Donkey Anti-Guinea Pig IgG (H+L) ATTO550 is antigen-specific; affinity purification effectively removes donkey serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to guinea pig IgG. The antibody is conjugated to ATTO550 (λex 550 nm | λem 576 nm) and subsequently purified by size-exclusion chromatography (SEC). The conjugate is suitable for a wide range of fluorescence applications, including live-cell techniques, as it is free from preservatives and protein additives such as BSA. Anti-Guinea Pig IgG ATTO550 is specifically suited for high-resolution microscopy due to its high photostability and strong fluorescence quantum yield. The antibody is supplied as a lyophilized powder (1.0 mg) and shipped at room temperature. A glycerol buffer is provided for convenient reconstitution, enabling storage at -20°C and straightforward aliquoting for repeated use. |
