| Description |
ATTO-labeled secondary antibodies are a new generation of fluorescent reagents characterized by high fluorescence intensity and superior photostability. Donkey Anti-Guinea Pig IgG (H+L) ATTO647N is antigen-specific; affinity purification effectively removes donkey serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to guinea pig IgG.
The antibody is conjugated to ATTO647N and subsequently purified by size-exclusion chromatography (SEC). The fluorophore provides an excitation/emission profile of λex 647 nm and λem 669 nm, supporting multiplex imaging with clear spectral separation.
Anti-Guinea Pig IgG ATTO647N is well suited for high-resolution microscopy due to its high photostability and strong fluorescence quantum yield. The conjugate is free of preservatives and protein additives (such as BSA), supporting sensitive fluorescence applications including live-cell techniques.
The antibody is supplied as a lyophilized powder (1.0 mg) and shipped at room temperature. A glycerol buffer is provided for convenient reconstitution, enabling storage at -20°C and straightforward aliquoting for repeated use.
