| Description |
ATTO-labelled secondary antibodies belong to the new generation of fluorescent antibodies characterized by their exceptional fluorescence intensity and superior photostability. Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG ATTO490LS (H+L) is optimized for high-resolution fluorescence microscopy and multiplexing. It features an extraordinary long Stokes shift of 165 nm, enabling excellent spectral separation in multi-color experiments. Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG is conjugated to ATTO490LS (λex: 496 nm, λem: 661 nm) and further purified by gel filtration. The long-wavelength emission supports imaging with reduced background autofluorescence and is advantageous for thicker specimens and demanding imaging conditions. The antibody is antigen-specific and affinity purified to remove essentially all donkey serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to mouse IgG. It is preservative-free and carrier-free (no BSA), supporting sensitive applications and minimizing non-specific background. |
