Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG ATTO514 (H+L) is optimized for high-resolution fluorescence microscopy, providing reliable and brilliant signals under demanding imaging conditions.
ATTO514 exhibits a distinct excitation/emission spectrum (λex: 510 nm, λem: 530 nm), offering excellent spectral separation and compatibility with multiplex imaging setups. Its strong fluorescence signal supports sensitive detection and precise spatial resolution, including in complex biological samples.
Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG ATTO514 (H+L) is an antigen-specific antibody and affinity purified to remove essentially all donkey serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to mouse IgG. The antibody is preservative-free and carrier-free (no BSA), minimizing non-specific background and supporting sensitive applications.
