| Description |
Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG ATTO700 is specifically suited for high-resolution microscopy due to its high photostability and strong fluorescence quantum yield. The antibody is specifically suited for multiplex approaches and for immunobased applications, including live cell techniques, since it contains no preservatives. Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG ATTO700 (H+L) is an antigen-specific antibody. Affinity purification removed essentially all donkey serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to mouse IgG. Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG is conjugated to ATTO700 (Abs. max. 700 nm; Em. max. 719 nm) and further purified by gel filtration. The antibody is supplied in unit sizes of 1.0 mg as a lyophilized powder and shipped at room temperature. For convenient reconstitution, a glycerol buffer is provided. This enables re-freezing of the antibody at -20°C after use to maintain quality and allows for the preparation of aliquots, which can also be stored at -20°C for sequential use. |
