| Description |
ATTO-labeled secondary antibodies are fluorescent reagents characterized by high fluorescence intensity and strong photostability. Donkey Anti-Goat IgG (H+L) ATTO430LS is suited for multiplex staining because it exhibits a large Stokes shift of 109 nm (λex 436 nm | λem 545 nm), supporting improved spectral separation from shorter-wavelength channels. Donkey Anti-Goat IgG (H+L) ATTO430LS is antigen-specific; affinity purification removes essentially all donkey serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to goat IgG. The antibody is conjugated to ATTO430LS and further purified by gel filtration. This reagent contains no preservatives and is therefore suitable for immuno-based applications including live-cell techniques. It is supplied as a lyophilized powder (1.0 mg) and shipped at room temperature; a glycerol buffer is provided for convenient reconstitution and subsequent storage at -20°C (including aliquoting for repeated use). |
