| Description |
ATTO-labeled secondary antibodies are fluorescent reagents characterized by high fluorescence intensity and strong photostability. Donkey Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) ATTO488 is suited for high-resolution fluorescence microscopy due to its strong fluorescence signal and photostability, supporting robust imaging in demanding acquisition settings. Donkey Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) ATTO488 is antigen-specific; affinity purification removes essentially all donkey serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to rabbit IgG. The antibody is conjugated to ATTO488 and further purified by gel filtration. This reagent contains no preservatives and is therefore suitable for immuno-based applications including live-cell techniques. It is supplied as a lyophilized powder (1.0 mg) and shipped at room temperature; a glycerol buffer is provided for convenient reconstitution and subsequent storage at -20°C (including aliquoting for repeated use). |
