| Description |
ATTO-labeled secondary antibodies are fluorescent reagents characterized by high fluorescence intensity and strong photostability. Donkey Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) ATTO490LS is optimized for fluorescence microscopy workflows where robust signal intensity and photostability are required.
ATTO490LS features a large Stokes shift of 165 nm with distinct excitation/emission characteristics (λex: 496 nm; λem: 661 nm), supporting spectral separation in multiplex imaging setups.
Donkey Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) ATTO490LS is antigen-specific; affinity purification removes essentially all donkey serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to rabbit IgG. The antibody is conjugated to ATTO490LS and further purified by gel filtration.
This reagent is preservative-free and is supplied as a lyophilized powder (1.0 mg) shipped at room temperature. A glycerol buffer is provided for convenient reconstitution and subsequent storage at -20°C (including aliquoting for repeated use).
