Donkey Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) ATTO594
Antibody produced in donkey, affinity purified
Cat. #: 2939-1MG
Applications
Designed for fluorescence-based immunoassays, particularly immunofluorescence microscopy (widefield and confocal) and multiplex staining where robust signal and photostability are required. The ATTO594 label provides bright emission in the orange-red channel and is compatible with standard 594/561 nm excitation setups. Supplied preservative- and protein-additive-free (e.g., no BSA), supporting sensitive staining protocols where minimal additives are preferred.

| Description |
ATTO-labeled secondary antibodies are fluorescent reagents characterized by high signal intensity and strong photostability. Donkey Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) ATTO594 is suited for fluorescence microscopy and high-resolution imaging applications where stable emission and consistent staining performance are required.
The antibody is antigen-specific. Affinity purification removes essentially all donkey serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to rabbit IgG. The antibody is conjugated to ATTO594 (Abs. max. 601 nm; Em. max. 627 nm) and further purified by gel filtration / size-exclusion chromatography (SEC).
The product is supplied as a lyophilized powder (1.0 mg) and shipped at ambient temperature. A glycerol buffer is provided for convenient reconstitution and subsequent storage at -20°C (including aliquoting for repeated use).
