Donkey Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) ATTO647N
Antibody produced in donkey, affinity purified
Cat. #: 2938-1MG
Applications
Designed for fluorescence-based immunoassays, with a focus on immunofluorescence microscopy (widefield and confocal) and far-red imaging workflows. The far-red ATTO647N label is well suited for low-background detection and photostable imaging conditions. Supplied preservative- and protein-additive-free (e.g., no BSA), supporting sensitive staining protocols where minimal additives are preferred.

| Description |
Donkey Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) ATTO647N is a far-red fluorescent secondary antibody suitable for demanding fluorescence microscopy workflows, including multiplex imaging where spectral separation is required.
The antibody is antigen-specific. Affinity purification removes essentially all donkey serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to rabbit IgG. The antibody is conjugated to ATTO647N (Abs. max. 647 nm; Em. max. 669 nm) and further purified by gel filtration / size-exclusion chromatography (SEC).
The product is supplied as a lyophilized powder (1.0 mg) and shipped at ambient temperature. A glycerol buffer is provided for convenient reconstitution and subsequent storage at -20°C (including aliquoting for repeated use).
