| Description |
ATTO-labeled secondary antibodies are fluorescent reagents characterized by high fluorescence intensity and strong photostability. Donkey Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) ATTO700 is specifically suited for high-resolution microscopy and multiplex approaches, providing strong signal intensity with robust photostability in the far-red channel. Donkey Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) ATTO700 is an antigen-specific antibody. Affinity purification removes essentially all donkey serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to rabbit IgG. The antibody is conjugated to ATTO700 (Abs. max. 700 nm; Em. max. 719 nm) and further purified by gel filtration. This reagent is preservative-free. It is supplied as a lyophilized powder (1.0 mg) and shipped at room temperature; a glycerol buffer is provided for convenient reconstitution and subsequent storage at -20°C (including aliquoting for repeated use). |
