| Product description | MonoMix .1 is a G-actin buffer with reduced DTT concentration compared to MonoMix (Cat. #5100-01), containing 0.1mM DTT. This buffer is used to dilute G-actin or G-actin ligands. Actin from Hypermol® is supplied in MonoMix and can be easily reconstituted by adding ultrapure water. For further dilution of G-actin, or G-actin ligands, MonoMix .1 is used. |

| Quantity | 5x1 ml 50x stock (reconstitute each tube with 1 ml ultrapure water to obtain a 50x stock). The stocks can be diluted to prepare a total of 250 ml of G-actin buffer. This buffer is ideal for dialyzing G-actin or actin ligands. |
| Buffer | 2mM Tris-Cl pH 8.2, 0.4mM ATP, 0.1mM CaCl2 and 0.1mM DTT, when each tube is reconstituted with 50 ml ultrapure water. |
