Description

ATTO-labeled secondary antibodies belong to the new generation of fluorescent antibodies, characterized by their exceptional fluorescence intensity and superior photostability. 

Anti-Rat IgG ATTO490LS is a antigen-specific antibody and has a very large stokes shift of 165nm. Affinity purification essentially removed all goat serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to rat IgG. The antibody is conjugated to ATTO490, further purified by gel filtration and subsequently lyophilized in the presence of 4% sucrose.. It is thus is specifically suited for multiplex approaches, especially in combination with ATTO488 and ATTO514 antibodies.
The antibody is suited for all applications, including live cell techniques, since it contains no preservatives.
