Anti-Mouse IgG F(ab’)2 ATTO488 is an ATTO488-labeled goat anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody fragment. ATTO488 provides green fluorescence with excitation and emission maxima at λex 501 nm and λem 523 nm. F(ab’)2 conjugates lack the antibody Fc region and are therefore used when Fc-mediated interactions should be reduced. This is particularly relevant for samples containing Fc-receptor-bearing cells or membranes. |
