Goat Anti-Mouse IgG F(ab’)2 ATTO594 is an ATTO594-labeled goat anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody fragment. ATTO594 provides fluorescence with excitation and emission maxima at λex 601 nm and λem 627 nm. F(ab’)2 conjugates lack the antibody Fc region and are therefore used when Fc-mediated interactions should be reduced. This is particularly relevant for samples containing Fc-receptor-bearing cells or membranes. |
