Goat Anti-Mouse IgG F(ab’)2 ATTO647N is an ATTO647N-labeled goat anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody fragment. ATTO647N provides fluorescence with excitation and emission maxima at λex 645 nm and λem 669 nm. F(ab’)2 conjugates lack the antibody Fc region and are therefore used when Fc-mediated interactions should be reduced. This is particularly relevant for samples containing Fc-receptor-bearing cells or membranes. |
