Goat Anti-Mouse IgG F(ab’)2 ATTO740 is an ATTO740-labeled goat anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody fragment. ATTO740 provides fluorescence with excitation and emission maxima at λex 740 nm and λem 764 nm. F(ab’)2 conjugates lack the antibody Fc region and are therefore used when Fc-mediated interactions should be reduced. This is particularly relevant for samples containing Fc-receptor-bearing cells or membranes. |
