Description
Product name |
Anti-Mouse IgG F(ab')2 ATTO647N |
Target species |
Mouse |
Description |
ATTO-labeled F(ab')2 fragments belong to the next generation of fluorescent antibodies, characterized by their exceptional fluorescence intensity and superior photostability. Anti-Mouse IgG F(ab')2 ATTO647N is specifically suited for high resolution micoscopy, due to the high photostabilty and strong fluorescence quantum yield. Conjugates of F(ab')2 fragments are preferable to whole antibody conjugates, since they do not interact with Fc receptor-bearing membranes, due to the absence of the antibody Fc region. |
