Protein description |
Actin from non-muscle is a mixture of β/γ non-muscle actin. Both actin isoforms are single chain polypeptides with a molecular weight of 42kD consisting of 374 amino acids. ATTO390-Actin is chemically modified G-actin with an ATTO390 fluorescent group covalently bound to lysine residues. ATTO390-Actin (λex 390nm, λem 479nm) possesses the polymerization properties of native G-actin. |
