Protein description

Actin from non-muscle is a mixture of  β/γ non-muscle actin. Both actin isoforms are single chain polypeptides with a molecular weight of 42kD consisting of 374 amino acids. ATTO390-Actin is chemically modified G-actin with an ATTO390 fluorescent group covalently bound to lysine residues. ATTO390-Actin (λex 390nm, λem 479nm) possesses the polymerization properties of native G-actin.

ATTO-Actins are stored at –70°C upon arrival and will be stable in performance for at least 6 months from the date of purchase. Solubilized ATTO-Actin is kept on ice and should be used within 1 week. Avoid refreezing.
