Protein description
|
Actin from non-muscle sources is mixture of β/γ non-muscle actin isoforms. Both isoforms are single chain polypeptides with a molecular weight of 42kD consisting of 374 amino acids. ATTO532-Actin is chemically modified G-actin with an ATTO532 fluorescent group covalently bound to lysine residues.
ATTO532-Actin (λex 532nm, λem 553nm) possesses the polymerization properties of native G-actin.
