Protein description |
Actin from non-muscle sources is a mixture of β/γ non-muscle actin isoforms, Both are single chain polypeptides with a molecular weight of 42kD consisting of 374 amino acids. ATTO550-Actin is chemically modified G-actin with an ATTO550 fluorescent group covalently bound to lysine residues. ATTO550-Actin (λex 550nm, λem 576nm) possesses the polymerization properties of native G-actin. |
