Protein description |
Actin from bovine cardiac muscle is a single chain polypeptide with a molecular weight of 42kD consisting of 375 amino acids. ATTO390-Actin is chemically modified cardiac G-actin with an ATTO390 fluorescent group covalently bound to lysine residues. ATTO390-Actin (λex 390nm, λem 479nm) possesses the polymerization properties of native G-actin. |
