General information for payment

Hypermol invoices are issued with your shipment and are payable by bank transfer within 30 days (net) after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise agreed. Credit card and PayPal payments are available via secure off-shop channels (payment link, email, or phone).
No checks accepted!

Payment & Shipping
Important: Payments are not processed inside the e-shop checkout. Orders placed in the e-shop are shipped to your delivery address together with the invoice.

Invoice handling
Invoices are shipped with the goods.
Invoice date
The date of shipping is the invoice date.
  • Please include the invoice number and your customer ID (if available) with the transfer.
  • Bank details are stated on the invoice.
 

Credit Card & PayPal Secure options

For your convenience, we accept card and PayPal payments through encrypted, trusted payment providers. Choose one of the options below. (Credit card “mail order” withdrawals are typically processed after 15 days, unless agreed otherwise.)

1) Payment link (recommended)

On request, we email you a secure payment link for credit card or PayPal. Open the link and follow the guided checkout to complete your transaction.

2) Email order

Send your order details to cusserv@hypermol.com. Our team will confirm availability and provide the appropriate payment route.

3) Telephone order

Prefer to order by phone? Call +49 511 543 820 13. We will assist you and arrange a secure payment method.

Data security

Payment data is handled only via encrypted payment systems. Hypermol does not store full card credentials in the e-shop.
