For orders placed on behalf of a university, research institution, or company, we can only process the order with an official Purchase Order (PO) number. Please enter your PO number or your preferred payment method in the comments section.
If no official PO number is provided, we will fulfill the order only against pre-payment via credit card payment link, PayPal payment link, or bank wire.
FedEx account required for specific destinations: For shipments to the USA, Switzerland (CH), Canada (CA), Australia (AU), and the United Kingdom (UK), we require the customer’s FedEx account number to arrange express shipping and ensure smooth import/customs handling.
USA customers: Please provide your FedEx account number whenever possible so the import process can be handled smoothly through U.S. Customs.
