Triallkit description
|
The Actin-Trialkit Fluorescence Microscopy is used to analyze and demonstrate the effect of ligands on actin polymerization, or ligand-induced formation of actin bundles and networks. In combination with the actin buffers contained in the Trialkit, error-free handling of Rhodamine-Actin will be achieved.
The kit contains 1x100µg Rhodamine-Actin from skeletal muscle, buffers for monomeric & filamentous actin, and the Trialkit Manual. We guarantee stable performance of the kit components for 6 months when stored at -70°C upon arrival.

For dilution of G-actin or exchange of ligand buffer into actin compatible buffer, MonoMix (Cat. #.: 5100-0*) may be used. In the absence of nucleators, the polymerization of G-actin is initiated by PolyMix (Cat.#: 5000-0*).
