Description
CryoProtect HS plus DTT is a glycerol containing freezing protectant to reconstitute freeze-dryed proteins and supplement cell lysates for long term storage.
CryoProtect HS plus DTT has been developed for myosin II and NEM-myosin II, and is highly suited for many cytoskeletal proteins demanding high salt buffers, since it contains 300mM NaCl.
CryoProtect HS HS comes with DTT as a powder. Add 1 ml ultrapure water to the vial with DTT (1ml, 500mM) to obtain a 500mM DTT stock. The DTT powder is freshly reconstituted before use, for best quality.
