Description
Fast, strong and permanent staining of proteins on nitrocellulose using alkaline phosphatase. JetStain is easy to handle and facilitates the development blots at high sensitivity (0.3-1ng) within a period of 2h only.
JetStain is an optimized one step NBT/BCIP system:
Permanent and brillant jet to dark purple protein staining. No background. Intense staining.
JetStain even allows to re-probe the nitrocellulose membrane to detect a second or third antigen, without interfering with previous stains!
Product Use
After incubation of the blots with the secondary antibody, wash the membrane twice with TTBS followed by a final washing step with 1x ReagentBuffer.
Mix 5ml 1x Reagent buffer and with 50µl JetStain A and 50µl JetStain B and apply to the nitrcellulose membrane until the protein staining reaches the desired intensity.
