Rabbit Anti-Guinea Pig IgG ATTO488 (H+L)
Antibody produced in Rabbit, affinity purified
Cat. #: 3703-1MG
Applications
Designed for fluorescence-based methods including immunofluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry. The ATTO488 label is compatible with common 488 nm excitation and FITC/GFP filter sets, supporting multiplex workflows when combined with spectrally distinct fluorophores. Preservative- and protein-additive-free (e.g., no BSA), supporting sensitive staining protocols and live-cell techniques.

| Description |
ATTO-labeled secondary antibodies are a new generation of fluorescent reagents characterized by high fluorescence intensity and strong photostability. Rabbit Anti-Guinea Pig IgG (H+L) ATTO488 is optimized for bright green fluorescence detection and is well suited for microscopy and flow cytometry applications requiring robust signal and low photobleaching.
The antibody is antigen-specific; affinity purification removes rabbit serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to guinea pig IgG. After dye conjugation, the product is further purified by size-exclusion chromatography (SEC) to remove low-molecular-weight components and support consistent fluorescence performance.
This reagent is free of preservatives and protein additives (such as BSA), supporting sensitive fluorescence applications including live-cell techniques. It is supplied as a lyophilized powder (1.0 mg) and shipped at room temperature; a glycerol buffer is provided for convenient reconstitution and subsequent storage at -20°C (including aliquoting for repeated use).
