Rabbit Anti-Human IgG (H+L) ATTO390
Antibody produced in rabbit, affinity purified
Cat. #: 3101-1MG
Applications
Fluorescence-based detection of human IgG in immunoassays and imaging workflows (e.g., immunofluorescence microscopy and multiplex staining). The ATTO390 label supports high-sensitivity readouts and is suited for excitation in the near-UV range; the formulation contains no preservatives.

| Description |
ATTO390 is a coumarin-based fluorescent label characterized by high fluorescence quantum yield, a large Stokes shift, and good photostability. Conjugation to ATTO390 provides a bright, photostable signal that supports multiplex workflows with reduced spectral overlap.
Rabbit Anti-Human IgG (H+L) ATTO390 is an antigen-specific antibody. Affinity purification removes essentially all rabbit serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding human IgG. The antibody is conjugated to ATTO390 and further purified by gel filtration/size-exclusion chromatography.
The product is supplied as 1.0 mg lyophilized antibody and shipped at ambient temperature. For convenient reconstitution, a glycerol buffer is provided. This enables freezing at -20°C after use to maintain quality and supports preparation of aliquots for sequential use. The formulation contains no preservatives.
