| Description |
Rabbit Anti-Human IgG (H+L) ATTO430LS is an ATTO-labeled antibody designed for fluorescence-based detection of human IgG. The ATTO430LS label features a long Stokes shift of 109 nm (λex 436 nm | λem 545 nm), supporting multiplex approaches.
The antibody is antigen-specific and affinity purified to remove essentially all rabbit serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding human IgG. After dye conjugation, the product is further purified by gel filtration/size-exclusion chromatography to minimize low-molecular-weight components.
Supplied as 1.0 mg lyophilized antibody and shipped at ambient temperature. A glycerol buffer is provided for convenient reconstitution and subsequent storage at -20°C (including aliquoting for repeated use). The formulation contains no preservatives.
