Rabbit Anti-Human IgG (H+L) ATTO490LS
Antibody produced in rabbit, affinity purified
Cat. #: 3104-1MG
Applications
Optimized for fluorescence-based detection workflows such as immunofluorescence microscopy and other antibody-based imaging applications. The long Stokes shift of ATTO490LS supports multiplex panel design by reducing spectral overlap and enabling efficient separation from standard green/yellow channels. Preservative-free formulation.

| Description |
ATTO-labeled secondary antibodies represent a modern class of fluorescent reagents characterized by high fluorescence intensity and strong photostability, supporting demanding imaging workflows.
Rabbit Anti-Human IgG (H+L) ATTO490LS features a very large Stokes shift (165 nm), which can be advantageous for multiplex staining strategies, including combinations with ATTO488- and ATTO514-conjugated reagents. The preservative-free formulation supports sensitive fluorescence applications, including workflows where minimal additives are preferred.
This antigen-specific secondary antibody is affinity purified to remove essentially all rabbit serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to human IgG. The antibody is conjugated to ATTO490LS (absorption maximum 496 nm; emission maximum 661 nm) and further purified by gel filtration.
The product is supplied as 1.0 mg lyophilized antibody and shipped at room temperature. A glycerol buffer is provided for convenient reconstitution and subsequent storage at -20°C, including aliquoting to minimize repeated freeze/thaw exposure.
