Description
| Product name | Rabbit Anti-Human IgG ATTO490LS (H+L) | RAH ATTO490LS |
| Target species | Human |
| Description |
ATTO490LS-labeled antibodies are cutting-edge tools for fluorescence-based techniques. Rabbit Anti-Human IgG ATTO490LS (H+L) delivers exceptional brightness, superior photostability, and a large Stokes shift for optimal signal-to-noise ratios in demanding imaging conditions. Rabbit Anti-Human IgG ATTO490LS has a very large stokes shift of 165nm. It is thus specifically suited for multiplexing approaches, especially in combination with ATTO488 and ATTO514 conjugated antibodies. With an excitation/emission spectrum (λex: 496 nm, λem: 661 nm) and a remarkable Stokes shift of 165 nm, this antibody minimizes spectral overlap in multiplex experiments. Its high sensitivity and minimal background fluorescence make it ideal for detecting low-abundance antigens in complex samples. The ATTO490LS dye provides long-lasting fluorescence and compatibility with advanced techniques such as super-resolution microscopy, fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET), and spectral unmixing. The antibody is preservative-free to ensure optimal performance in sensitive applications. |
| Specification | Immunofluorescence: 1:500–1:2000, Degree of Labeling (DOL): 4-8, Unconjugated dye ≤5% of total fluorescence. |
| Optical Properties | λex: 496 nm, λem: 661 nm |
Properties
| Form | Lyophilized |
| Nominal concentration | 2 mg/ml (after reconstitution with buffer) The antibody is shipped in unit sizes of 1.0 mg as a lyophilized powder, shipped at room temperature. To reconstitute the antibody before use, a glycerol buffer is included for convenience. This allows to re-freeze the antibody after use at -20°C, to keep the quality and/or to prepare aliquots, which can be stored at -20°C. |
| Content | 1.0 mg Rabbit Anti-Human IgG ATTO490LS (H+L) 1.0 ml Glycerol buffer (add 0.5 ml to reconstitute the lyophilized antibody) Buffer: 50% glycerol, 0.01 M sodium phosphate, 0.1 M sodium chloride, pH 7.4 |
| Clonality | Polyclonal |
| Isotype | IgG |
| Purification notes | Affinity purification effectively removed all rabbit serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to human IgG. Following conjugation to ATTO490LS, the antibody was further purified by gel filtration, resulting in a highly pure and specific antibody. |
| Storage instructions | Store as glycerol stock at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. |
| Shipping conditions | Shipped at ambient temperature. |
| Remarks | For Use in Research only. Not for Use in Human or Veterinary Diagnostical or Therapeutical Applications. |

|
Description |
ATTO-labeled secondary antibodies belong to the new generation of fluorescent antibodies, characterized by their exceptional fluorescence intensity and superior photostability.
Rabbit Anti-Human IgG ATTO490LS (H+L) is an antigen-specific antibody. Affinity purification removed essentially all Rabbit serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to Human IgG. Rabbit Anti-Human IgG is conjugated to ATTO490LS (Abs. max. 496 nm; Em. max. 661 nm) and further purified by gel filtration. |
