ATTO-labelled secondary antibodies belong to the new generation of fluorescent antibodies characterized by their exceptional fluorescence intensity and superior photostability. Rabbit Anti-Human IgG ATTO565 is specifically suited for high resolution microscopy, due to the high photostability and strong fluorescence quantum yield.
The antibody is suited for all applications, including live cell techniques, since it contains no preservatives.

Rabbit Anti-Human IgG ATTO565 (H+L) is an antigen-specific antibody. Affinity purification removed essentially all Rabbit serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to Human IgG. Rabbit Anti-Human IgG is conjugated to ATTO565 (Abs.max. 563 nm; Em.max. 592 nm) and further purified by gel filtration.
 
Rabbit Anti-Human IgG ATTO565 (H+L) is supplied as a 1.0 mg lyophilized powder and is shipped at room temperature. For convenient reconstitution, a glycerol buffer is provided. This enables re-freezing of the antibody at -20°C after use to maintain quality and allows for the preparation of aliquots, which can also be stored at -20°C for sequential use.
