| Description |
Rabbit Anti-Human IgG (H+L) ATTO565 is an antigen-specific, affinity-purified antibody for fluorescence-based detection of human IgG. Affinity purification removes essentially all rabbit serum proteins, including immunoglobulins that do not specifically bind human IgG, supporting low background in imaging and assay workflows.
The antibody is conjugated to ATTO565 (Abs. max. 563 nm; Em. max. 592 nm) and further purified by gel filtration to remove unconjugated dye and low-molecular-weight components after labeling. The ATTO dye platform is selected for strong fluorescence output and photostability, supporting high-resolution microscopy and multiplex staining.
The product is supplied preservative-free as a lyophilized powder (1.0 mg) and shipped at ambient temperature. A glycerol buffer is included for convenient reconstitution and subsequent storage at -20°C (including aliquoting to minimize freeze/thaw cycles).
