| Description |
Rabbit Anti-Human IgG (H+L) ATTO647N is an antigen-specific, affinity-purified antibody for fluorescence-based detection of human IgG. It is designed for high-resolution microscopy and multiplex applications where a bright, photostable far-red label is required.
Affinity purification removes essentially all rabbit serum proteins, including immunoglobulins that do not specifically bind human IgG, supporting low background and reproducible staining. The antibody is conjugated to ATTO647N (Abs. max. 647 nm; Em. max. 669 nm) and further purified by gel filtration to minimize unconjugated dye and low-molecular-weight impurities after labeling.
The formulation is free from preservatives and protein additives (e.g., no BSA), supporting sensitive fluorescence workflows. Supplied as 1.0 mg lyophilized antibody and shipped at ambient temperature; a glycerol buffer is included for convenient reconstitution and subsequent storage at -20°C (including aliquoting for repeated use).
