Rabbit Anti-Human IgG ATTO647N is specifically suited for high resolution microscopy, due to the high photostability and strong fluorescence quantum yield. 

It is specifically suited for multiplex approaches and used for all immunobased applications, including live cell techniques, as it is free from preservatives and additives like BSA.

Rabbit Anti-Human IgG ATTO647N (H+L) is an antigen-specific antibody. Affinity purification removed essentially all Rabbit serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to Human IgG. Rabbit Anti-Human IgG is conjugated to ATTO647N (Abs.max. 647 nm; Em.max. 669 nm) and further purified by gel filtration.
 
Rabbit Anti-Human IgG ATTO647N (H+L) is supplied as a 1.0 mg lyophilized powder and is shipped at room temperature. For convenient reconstitution, a glycerol buffer is provided. This enables re-freezing of the antibody at -20°C after use to maintain quality and allows for the preparation of aliquots, which can also be stored at -20°C for sequential use.
