| Description |
Rabbit Anti-Human IgG (H+L) ATTO700 is an antigen-specific, affinity-purified antibody for fluorescence-based detection of human IgG. It is suited for high-resolution microscopy and multiplex staining approaches due to the high photostability and strong fluorescence quantum yield of the ATTO700 dye.
Affinity purification removes essentially all rabbit serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to human IgG. The antibody is conjugated to ATTO700 (Abs. max. 700 nm; Em. max. 719 nm) and further purified by gel filtration to minimize free dye and low-molecular-weight impurities after labeling.
Supplied as 1.0 mg lyophilized antibody and shipped at ambient temperature. For convenient reconstitution, a glycerol buffer is included, enabling re-freezing at -20°C, aliquoting, and sequential use while maintaining antibody performance.
