Description

ATTO-labelled secondary antibodies belong to the new generation of fluorescent antibodies characterized by their exceptional fluorescence intensity and superior photostability. 

Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG ATTO390 has a large stokes shift of 86nm. It is thus specifically suited for all multiplex approaches. The antibody is used for all immunobased applications, including live cell techniques, since it contains no preservatives.

Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG ATTO390 (H+L) is an antigen-specific antibody. Affinity purification removed essentially all Rabbit serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to Mouse IgG. Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG is conjugated to ATTO390 (Abs.max. 390 nm; Em.max. 476 nm) and further purified by gel filtration.
 
Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG ATTO390 (H+L) is supplied in unit sizes of 1.0 mg as a lyophilized powder, shipped at room temperature. For convenient reconstitution, a glycerol buffer is provided. This enables re-freezing of the antibody at -20°C after use to maintain quality and allows for the preparation of aliquots, which can also be stored at -20°C for sequential use.
