Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) ATTO488
Antibody produced in Rabbit, affinity purified
Cat. #: 2403-1MG
Applications
Designed for fluorescence-based detection of mouse primary antibodies in immunofluorescence microscopy, high-resolution imaging, and multiplex staining. The ATTO488 label provides strong fluorescence and high photostability in the green channel, supporting demanding acquisition settings and repeated scanning. Preservative- and protein-additive-free (e.g., no BSA), enabling sensitive workflows and compatibility with live-cell–adjacent handling where required.

| Description |
ATTO-labeled secondary antibodies are a modern class of fluorescent detection reagents characterized by high fluorescence intensity and strong photostability. Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) ATTO488 is a fluorophore-conjugated secondary antibody for sensitive detection of mouse primary antibodies in fluorescence microscopy and related immunoassays.
The ATTO488 conjugate is well suited for high-resolution microscopy due to its high photostability and strong fluorescence quantum yield. Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) is antigen-specific and affinity purified to remove essentially all rabbit serum proteins, including immunoglobulins that do not specifically bind mouse IgG. The antibody is conjugated to ATTO488 and further purified by gel filtration to reduce free dye and low-molecular-weight impurities.
Optical properties: λex 501 nm, λem 523 nm. The reagent is preservative-free and does not contain protein additives (e.g., no BSA). It is supplied as 1.0 mg lyophilized antibody and shipped at ambient temperature. A glycerol buffer is included for convenient reconstitution and enables storage at -20°C (including aliquoting) for repeated use.
