Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) ATTO490LS
Antibody produced in Rabbit, affinity purified
Cat. #: 2404-1MG
Applications
Intended for fluorescence-based detection of mouse primary antibodies in immunofluorescence microscopy, multiplex staining panels, and high-content imaging. The ATTO490LS long–Stokes-shift emission enables channel separation strategies that reduce spectral overlap when combined with common green/yellow fluorophores. Preservative- and protein-additive-free (e.g., no BSA), supporting sensitive workflows and compatibility with live-cell–adjacent handling where required.

| Description |
ATTO-labeled secondary antibodies are fluorescent detection reagents characterized by high fluorescence intensity and strong photostability. Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) ATTO490LS is designed for sensitive detection of mouse primary antibodies in fluorescence microscopy and related immunoassays.
The ATTO490LS label features a long Stokes shift (165 nm), supporting multiplexing strategies with reduced spectral crosstalk, particularly in combination with ATTO488- and ATTO514-conjugated antibodies. The antibody is preservative-free and does not contain protein additives (e.g., no BSA).
Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) is antigen-specific and affinity purified to remove essentially all rabbit serum proteins, including immunoglobulins that do not specifically bind mouse IgG. The antibody is conjugated to ATTO490LS (λex 496 nm; λem 661 nm) and further purified by gel filtration.
The product is supplied as 1.0 mg lyophilized antibody and shipped at ambient temperature. A glycerol buffer is included for convenient reconstitution and enables storage at -20°C (including aliquoting) for repeated use.
