Description |
ATTO-labeled secondary antibodies belong to the new generation of fluorescent antibodies characterized by their exceptional fluorescence intensity and superior photostability. Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG ATTO594 is suited for high resolution microscopy, due to the high photostability and strong fluorescence quantum yield. The antibody is suited for all applications, including live cell techniques, since it contains no preservatives. Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG ATTO594 (H+L) is an antigen-specific antibody. Affinity purification removed essentially all Rabbit serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to Mouse IgG. Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG is conjugated to ATTO594 (Abs.max. 601 nm; Em.max. 627 nm) and further purified by gel filtration. Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG ATTO594 (H+L) is supplied as a 1.0 mg lyophilized powder and is shipped at room temperature. For convenient reconstitution, a glycerol buffer is provided. This enables re-freezing of the antibody at -20°C after use to maintain quality and allows for the preparation of aliquots, which can also be stored at -20°C for sequential use. |
