PlexPure^® Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L)

ATTO-conjugated secondary antibodies for selective detection of mouse primary antibodies in multiplex fluorescence applications.

PlexPure^® Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) antibodies from Hypermol^® are antigen-affinity purified using mouse IgG and recognize mouse immunoglobulin heavy and light chains. They are intended for multiplex immunofluorescence, multichannel microscopy and related fluorescence-based detection workflows using mouse primary antibodies.

Following antigen-specific affinity purification, the antibodies are extensively cross-adsorbed against purified immunoglobulins from eleven non-target species. The adsorption panel comprises ten mammalian IgGs and chicken IgY. This defined PlexPure^® purification strategy is designed to reduce non-target species reactivity in complex multiplex panels.
